Olympic Ice Dance champions Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir of Canada won the Gold medal at the 2012 World Figure Skating Champions

Reigning Olympic Ice Dance champions Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir of Canada won the Gold medal at the 2012 World Figure Skating Championships in Nice, France. They defeated their main rivals Meryl Davis and Charlie White of the United States who took home the Silver medal. Kaitlyn Weaver and Andrew Poje finished in fourth place.

All three dance teams will perform in the 2012 Investors Group Stars on Ice Tour presented by Lindt. Virtue and Moir and Weaver and Poje are full-time cast members and will appear in all shows; Davis & White will appear as guests in the Hamilton, Toronto and London shows.
