What is the average performance time of a Stars on Ice show?
Although the performance time varies year to year, the average show runs approximately 2½ hours, which includes a 15-20 minute intermission.
What safety protocols were implemented for fans for the 2024 tour?
Stars on Ice followed the regional health and safety regulations, set by each city the tour visited, and implemented by the venue staff. For more information on the health and safety protocols for a specific stop, we suggest contacting the venue or visiting its website.

How can I get a backstage pass?
Due to strict security policies, backstage passes are not available for any Stars on Ice figure skating shows.
What is the policy for bringing cameras to the show?
Stars on Ice policy is no flash photography, however digital cameras and video cameras WITHOUT FLASH are permitted. Non-flash cameras with lenses less than 70mm are permitted. There are times when a venue's camera policy may differ from the Stars on Ice policy. For that reason, we suggest contacting the local venue to confirm its photography/video policy as well.
How can I get a photo of a skater?
Cast and skater photos are available for sale through the Stars on Ice online store. Photos are also available for sale at all figure skating shows.
