CANADA’S MOST EXCITING YOUNG FIGURE SKATER STEPHEN GOGOLEV TO JOIN STARS ON ICE FOR TORONTO AND HAMILTON SHOWS
Only 14 years old, Stephen Gogolev is already being compared to some of the greatest men’s figure skaters in Canadian history. His athleticism and artistry are well beyond that of most skaters far more experienced. Having won Canadian championships at the novice and junior level, Gogolev narrowly missed winning the senior title, finishing second to Nam Nguyen at the 2019 Canadian Nationals. The future of Canadian figure skating will be on display when Gogolev guest stars in the 2019 Stars on Ice tour set to visit Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on Friday, May 3, and Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre on Saturday, May 4, both are 7:30 PM performances.
